Facebook Messenger now lets you add friends to ongoing video chats

The feature is available now on both Android and iOS

Facebook Messenger now enables you to include more friends and family to your audio and video chats while they’re still in progress. With a new feature presented, you can add individuals to a progressing audio or video call while regardless you’re talking, as opposed to hanging up and manually include individuals into a conversation before restarting the call.

To add somebody while you’re on a video or audio chat, tap on the screen and select the new “add person” icon, at that point tap on thepeople you want to add. After you’ve hung up, you can message everybody in the conversation in an automatically created group chat in your Facebook inbox.

The feature is available now on both Android and iOS. Group video chat on Messenger enables you to see up to six people at a time, yet up to 50 individuals can join a call. Once more than six people are on a call, the main person talking is shown on-screen to everybody.

While there have been admissions from Facebook execs about how cluttered the Messenger app has become with countless sticker packs and games, so far we’ve just seen more features get added in.
